Following received from Macao telegram No.312 of October 28th.

Bombing. North Point power station hardly damaged. This report is backed by fact that radio communication with Macao uninterrupted on normal frequency.

Number of Chinese killed at Whitfield Barracks.

3. Persons are giving comment on poor aiming. Go downs now empty hit more than docks.

4. General moral effect very powerful.
